Caldarelli (SF Racing Ferrari) in pole for Race2

Andrea Caldarelli took pole for Race 2 later today. In an even warmer morning, the Italian of SF Racing posted a time of 2.03.572 with his Ferrari 488, beating Thomas Jäger (Lechner Mercedes) by 344 thousandths. Row 2 will be for Marco Cioci (AF Corse Ferrari) and Fran Rueda (Teo Martín BMW), while in third row will be Vito Postiglione (Imperiale Lambo) and local hero Côme Ledogar (Garage59 McLaren).

Davide Rizzo (Kaspersky Ferrari) signed the pole in GT-Am, obtaining a great 10th time overall. Two cars have withdrawn after yesterday’s race: the FFF Racing Lambo was burnt beyond repair, as expected, and the Jordan Racing Bentley suffered mechanical problems that can’t be solved on the spot. Davide Roda (Antonelli Lambo) did not take part in qualifying, because of a slight intoxication, but will be racing later. There were a number of spins during the session, including Galbiati and Benham, while the Farnbacher Lexus lost a wheel shortly after exiting the pits.
